To finish your application, you'll need to record a sample video of yourself answering  just ONE of the following questions.

1. Why do you love PrimePrometics?

2. What does being “pro-age” mean to you?

3. What's your favorite Prime product and why?

It’s your choice which question you answer! 

And your video should be no more than two minutes. (It can be 30 seconds if you like! It’s up to you.)

You can film this short video on your phone, tablet, computer, or video camera.

To submit your video, please email it to our Ambassador Program manager at ambassador@primecausemetics.com (if the file is too large for the email, you can use file transfer websites like https://wetransfer.com, https://files.fm or any other that you prefer).

After that, we will review your video. If it’s a good fit for us both, I’ll get back to you asap!
